eRiskHub
Any Nationwide® insured with an active Businessowners or General Liability policy or a Harleysville insured with an active Businessowners policy, regardless of whether or not they purchase Data Compromise, Identity Recovery or CyberOne coverage, has access to a data security helpline service and a data breach risk management portal called eRiskHub. The portal is designed to help insureds understand data information exposures, help plan and be prepared for a data breach, and establish a response plan to manage the costs and minimize the effects of a data breach.
Key features of the portal include:
- Incident Roadmap - suggested steps a business can take following data breach incident. Having an incident response plan prepared in advance of a breach can be useful for defense of potential litigation.
- Cyber & Privacy News - cyber risk stories, security and compliance blogs, security news, risk management events, and helpful industry links.
- Resources - best practices and white papers written by leading authorities.
- Cyber Risk Tools - assist a business in managing data breach exposures including self-assessments and state breach notification laws.
- Vendors - a directory to quickly find external resources on pre and post-breach disciplines.
- Training - ready-to-use training for a business on privacy best practices and Red Flag Rules.
- My Tech Support - service to help diagnose and fix common computer problems, including virus infections.
To access the eRiskHub portal:
- Enter https://www.eriskhub.com/nationwide in your browser.
- Enter your assigned access code: 12116-73.
- Complete the information, including your name and company. Note - your Username and Password are case-sensitive.
- You can now log in to the portal.
All active Businessowner and General Liability policies will receive a notice of these services as part of their policy.
