Risk Management Overview

Any Nationwide® insured with an active Businessowners or General Liability policy or a Harleysville insured with an active Businessowners policy, regardless of whether or not they purchase Data Compromise, Identity Recovery or CyberOne coverage, has access to a data security helpline service and a data breach risk management portal called eRiskHub.
 

Data Security Helpline
The helpline provides education for insureds about identity theft and identity theft risks. The helpline is staffed by experienced identity theft counselors who can answer questions and provide useful information and resources to identity theft victims. Insureds having questions pertaining to how to prepare for a breach, help in identifying a breach, or other questions pertaining to breach related best practices can receive help from the same helpline. The helpline can also serve as an intake for new claims. The helpline number is 877-800-5028. All active Businessowner and General Liability policies will receive a notice of these services as part of their policy.

eRiskHub is designed to help insureds understand data information exposures, help plan and be prepared for a data breach, and establish a response plan to manage the costs and minimize the effects of a data breach. Click the eRiskHub link to the left for additional detail and directions for access.
